Run Chromatic from CircleCI rather than Teamcity.

This is our last Teamcity dependency. Moving this to CircleCI allows us to simplify our CI dramatically, frees up Teamcity resources, and addresses a security concern.

  • Add Chromatic to circle config
  • Remove it from Teamcity config
  • Test with the PR

Gadzooks!! I just released https://github.com/storybooks/storybook/releases/tag/v5.1.0-beta.1 containing PR #6752 that references this issue. Upgrade today to try it out!

Because it's a pre-release you can find it on the @next NPM tag.

Closing this issue. Please re-open if you think there's still more to do.
