Upgrade to latest compatible SDK version

Tested locally against an Azure Container Instance and working fine.

Unit tests are failing but they don't seem to pass prior to this change either - maybe I'm missing some configuration?

After further testing, it seems there is an issue related to a refactor of SQLConnector introduced in v0.20.0... Will update here.

We've moved on from Meltano and are no longer maintaining this repository. Therefore I'm closing this issue.
