⚠️ remove control register flag to clear the RX FIFO; can be done by toggling the modules enable bit- ✨ add new control register flag to check the current state of the SDI's chip-select input
- remove RX clear bit - add current CS line status flag
⚠️ remove neorv32_sdi_rx_clear() function
