This PR removes the optional (wacky!) configuration of the hardware reset via the package's
dedicated_reset_c
constant. Hence, all occurrences of this constant and the accordingdef_rst_val_c
are removed. All registers now either have a defined reset state (triggered by the reset signal) or do not have a reset at all - either by not having a reset description or by being reset to
'-'
(don't care).
