Angelscript is very close to C++. Comments are the same format.

AngelScript is a high-level scripting language used in game development, that is very close in syntax to C++. It has the same comment styles. Rewrap already wraps
comments in .as files, but doesn't wrap
comments.
This PR adds simple support for it by applying the C and C++ rules.
