There is a false default value given for alt in the doc-stirng of the SFT:

hankel/hankel/hankel.py

Line 395 in 166b04e

should be used. Default: False

The actual default value for alt is True:

hankel/hankel/hankel.py

Line 430 in 166b04e

def __init__(self, ndim=2, a=1, b=1, N=None, h=0.05, alt=True):

Actually, the default doesn't need to be specified in the docstring, as the default arguments get written in the signature in the docs. Makes it easier to keep things consistent.
