Context
It would be easier to provide a way to launch the API with docker-compose.
Implementation
Provide a Dockerfile to build the API as docker container.
Provide a docker-compose file which instantiate a mongodb container and the API container configured to work together.
Provide readme file for docker.
Test
Works on my computer.
