This is another step towards automatically checking that dependency trees specified in stellar-core's lockfile match those in rs-soroban-env. Since it is not currently the case that they do match, I have not yet enabled a github action to check it. PR stellar/rs-soroban-env#1416 aligned env to the current stellar-core, but of course stellar-core still points to a tree that is not that rev, so stellar-core still has to take another env bump before it will be aligned (and then only on curr, not prev). So .. more steps to do, but getting there.
