PR Description
Combined the CI and CD workflow into one. Still unable to automate versioning, so it will need manual updates for now.
To trigger a release, it needs to be run manually similar to StayInTarkov.Client. The CI process runs similarly but does not create an artifact during a PR. Additionally, the generated folder will be renamed to SITCoop, eliminating the need for users to rename it manually.
