- Open the .reg file for the theme you want to use in a text editor
- Change 'Tomorrow' in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Sessions\Tomorrow] into the session name you want to apply the color scheme to
- Save
- Execute the .reg file
