Added the necessary documents to have a workflow that automatically deploys GitHub page after new commits.

After merging ToDo list:

Go to the repository on GitHub.
Click on Settings > Pages.
Under Source, select Deploy from a branch.
In the Branch dropdown, select main and /(root) folder as the source.
Click Save.
