이슈 설명

신규 총학 페이지는 https://stu.ssu.ac.kr/beta 로 접근 시 노출될 수 있도록 허용

TO-DO

  • main 페이지 라우팅 / -> /beta 로 임시 변경
  • 메인 페이지로 라우팅 되던 로직 모두 /beta 로 임시 변경
