Marked the encoder instance variable of Saml2LogoutRequest.java transient, further added unit testes to HttpSessionLogoutRequestRepositoryTests.java to confirm the serialization/deserialization of Saml2LogoutRequest.

Thanks, @dkodippily, this looks great. I've left some feedback inline.

Because this is targeting 5.8.x, will you please rebase against that branch? Also, I think we are ready at this point for you to squash your commits to one.

Hi @jzheaux I made a bit of a mess , deleted the previous PR, new PR #12746 with the changes in 5.8.x
