❤️ Support us documenting VRChat API! 💛

We are the "Community-driven VRChat API Project". VRChat has informally allowed players to use their API for writing amazing 3rd-party software hooking into the game, like VRCX. But to be able to use the API in the first you need at least some kind of instructions on how to use it. This is what this project strives to achieve.

Back in 2018 this project was started, laying the foundational work for all future API-integrating-developers to come. A documentation project like this generally keeps a pretty low-profile. It is something you critically depend on when you need it, easily forget when you don't, and quickly can get upset over when it's incorrect or outdated.

For a while now this has caused this project to become under-supported, although we are now asking for everyone's support for that to change! VRChat is stream-rolling ahead with new features, and especially with the upcoming Creator Economy we are sure there will be renewed interest in hooking into the API in various ways.

💗 Every contribution, no matter how small, helps keeping this project alive and up-to-date.

In addition to maintaining the API documentation, we also wish to maintain language-specific API libraries such as VRChatPython or VRChat.Net. Depending on how much support we are able to get the goal would be to bring these up-to-date as well.
