Hey there, I'm Hao and I'm a Computer Science PhD student in Boston. My PhD research focus is graph neural network related research, especially in the molecular domain. Prior to joining my PhD program, I worked in a health research institute as their lead data scientist and research software engineer for 5 years.

On github, I wrote open-source tools to help speed up scientific research. As I said in my bio, I deeply believe scientific software should be free and be accessible to everyone. My biggest contribution so far is kableExtra in R, which one of the best table formatting libraries in R and has over 1.2 million downloads.
