The following error was reported after merging PR #9

Error: Unable to resolve action `JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action@v4`, unable to find version `v4`

In work...thought I'd tested that the release tag resolved, but forgot that workflow only runs on push. I'll just revert to the explicit version tag instead. Sorry about that!
