Ghost SD Insert reports

Above, Facet L-Band, d3.9, has no SD inserted. Periodic battery and location accuracy reports turned off. About once a minute, a erroneous message is reported. This is due to the low level SD test returning a false positive. When SD is then started, the sdPresent test correctly fails and the system continues. It's

This issue is rarely seen. It could not be replicated on other devices (RTK Express Plus, RTK Facet, etc).

Above, the SD test takes about 64ms to run 5 sdPresent() tests, 13ms per test.

Solution: The report should only be printed if an SD card was started.
