Any reasons not to use Berkshelf 3.0?
I could not get it to work when I followed the instructions as they are.

Cheers,
Martins

As I wrote in #206, there's quite a lot of historical baggage here. I'd like to refactor & rewrite the cookbook for quite some time, however my hands are tied with other Ruby and Rails related integrations.

I'm surprised you can't get it to work though, the processes and steps described in the README should definitely work.

Instructions in the README did not work for me. Failed at this step.

sudo /opt/chef/embedded/bin/gem install berkshelf --version 2.0.14 --no-rdoc --no-ri

ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::DependencyError)
Unable to resolve dependencies: ridley requires buff-extensions (> 0.3); buff-config requires buff-extensions (> 0.3); varia_model requires buff-extensions (~> 1.0)

Hello! We've re-written the cookbook from the ground up, and it now supports test-kitchen with the Vagrant driver. Please give that a try and let us know if you encounter any issues. Thank you!
