fact-like rule using functor #2262

Hi,
This is a fix of the semantic checker to allow fact-like rules to use functors.

Basically these two rules are equivalent and both should be accepted:

x(a) :- a = @f().  // accepted
x(@f()).   // was not accepted, now fixed
