ska3-flight 2025.1

This PR includes an update to most core packages, and python version 3.12. Ska packages have no functional changes. All changes are to address small issues (mostly warnings) caused by upgrading core packages.

An update of find_attitude to version 3.5.1 will accompany this PR (along with its Ska data update).

Review
