Merge latest changes from HEAD
marks schema parser as done, we got all tests ported from graphql-js passing
arbitrary sorting strategy, useful for testing purposes
Adds simple extension test to `parser/schema_parser_test`.
testing errors not promise implementation
now using reflect.DeepEqual instead
Makes executor/nonnull tests pass.
Removes `github.com/deckarep/golang-set` dependency.
