A simpler flake, no longer depending on
davhau/mach-nix, which is no longer maintained and causes problems withsphinx_rtd_themev2.We use
sphinx_rtd_themev1, but I noticed these problems in Ox, where v2 is used, so I'm fixing the flake in Tapir in advance.
