freeze asn1crypto version as 1.0.0 is incompatible with 1.9.0 #208

Not sure if this is the best fix but 1.9.0 (and likely many versions below) are broken following the asn2crypto 1.0.0 release a few hours ago. Opening this PR here since I'm sure it will become a problem for many users who are not on 2.0.0 yet.

I didn't see a 1.9 version branch so I opened PR against master. Obviously not the right merge target but wanted to get the convo started on the issue.

@smtakeda any chance we can do a 1.9.1 release as well? We have not moved to 2.0.0 yet.

No, we don't have a policy to patch older version as of today.
