jeromebertaux.be has #nobridge in its display name and bio, and we detected it, but didn't disable them. Not sure why yet.

Looks like this was due to #974. We had multiple people with #nobot in their profile try to opt in and get confused when they couldn't.

I'll add some nuance here and make opt in override #nobot but not #nobridge.
