  Please state explicitly whether you believe that the proposal should be accepted into SDL.

1. Even though the JavaScript_Suite has not yet implemented this feature, I believe that is an affected platform.

Thank you for your opinion. I will add JavaScript_Suite to the Impacted Platforms

The Steering Committee voted to accept this proposal with the following revision: add "JavaScript Suite" to the Impacted Platforms section.

@zhouxin627 please advise when a new PR has been entered to update the proposal to reflect the agreed upon revisions. I'll then merge the PR so the proposal is up to date, and enter issues in respective repositories for implementation. Thanks!
