Importing script to data wrangle (convert, clean, and repair data from) the REDD dataset

To run:

1. modify the redd_dir to point to the location of the REDD dataset.
2. modify the rd_dir to point to the destination of the imported files.
3. for command shell run ./Import_REDD_dataset.py which will create a file (1 per house).
