Fill Density of 0 results in just an outline on the base layer and any top layers #37

With Fill Density set to 0, Slic3r doesn't draw the first layer or any of the other number of solid layers you've specified. I think that it should. If not, then a setting whose effect would be "still draw top and bottom layers if Fill Density is 0" would be nice.
