BUILD: Support for CI-Flow with tests #352

Overview

Support for running unit-tests in the GIT CI flow.

This just includes the main kiit project which includes the tests project.
This still needs to be cleaned up but good enough for now to run the tests
Had problems running mysql container for the database tests ( those tests are ignored for now ).
Will run ignored tests on local prior to a release ( temporary )
