Describe the bug
squared parameter to mean_squared_error has been deprecated in scikit-learn since 1.4. In 1.6 it is gone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. pip install -U scikit-learn
  2. call fitting_tool.calculate_rms_deviation
  3. mean_squared_error() got an unexpected keyword argument ‘squared’

No error
