Guidelines

(Partially) fixes #23
Code has been updated to Compose 1.5.3 and gradle has been set up to support Kotlin Multiplatform (currently only Android+JVM, but JS should be possible too)

I'm unfamiliar with the groovy syntax and how to set up publishing, so I had to disable it to get gradle to sync.

Hey @Martmists-GH,
This is a very amazing contribution. All looks good to me!

I'm just wondering if we can support iOS as well. Can't we also place all the orbital codes inside commomMain and target Apple/iOS?

I just realized all those codes are already located in the commonMain 😄 Let me tweak them to support ios/MacOS as well and configure maven publications.
