Fixes skycoin/skywire-services#99

Changes:

  • move binaries from skywire-services to here
    • address-resolver
    • config-bootstrapper
    • route-finder
    • transport-discovery
    • transport-setup
    • uptime-tracker
    • sw-env
    • network-monitor
    • skywire-services (single binary there)
  • Manipulate Makefile for building binaries
  • Move integration env test (e2e included) here
  • Handle CI/CD process
