Working with a bit more of data the deployment may run into OS dependendent file issues.
These possible issues shall be hinted in the README.

Originates from #102 and #104.

Add section "Problems" to README and hint the way to solutions
ae51ac7 
This is a rather generic note how to cope with problems, but as we already
have a good database of problems and solutions why not pointing explicitly
to it.

Implements #112.
