Harp version mismatch with Terraform

There's a newer version of Terraform released 0.8.0, but this still uses 0.7.0. That bump in Terraform actually includes v2 of libsass, which has a few useful bug fixes.

Is there a reason a new version of harp hasn't been released?

Thanks Kenneth, now I just realised that my autoprefixer patch got merged in to terraform on v0.9.0: sintaxi/terraform#57 (sintaxi/terraform@cb5af22), and so now I still would love Harp to be bumped up another version ;)
