Support contract Changes on Using Organization Id and Service Id instead of Organization name and Service Name.
We will need to clean up the daemon configuration generation across all wikis / README.md files to reflect this correctly.

The build will fail as the latest contract is not available for reference at 0.2.4

Looks good to me, as singnet/platform-contracts#85 is merged already, could you please replace release version at

"singularitynet-platform-contracts": "https://github.com/singnet/platform-contracts/releases/download/v0.2.4/singularitynet-platform-contracts-0.2.4.tgz",

to make it buildable
