Spiking or neuromorphic neural networks are artificial neural networks that more closely mimic natural neural networks. In addition to neuronal and synaptic state, SNNs incorporate the concept of time into their operating model. The idea is that neurons in the SNN do not transmit information at each propagation cycle, but rather transmit information only when a membrane potential reaches a specific value, called the threshold.

This is the important and fast-grown area, that must be added to the Machine Learning page.

I spent a lot of time creating the guidelines so I wouldn't have to comment on common mistakes, and rather spend my time improving Awesome.

I've read guidelines closely enough.
Your linter tests passed, your requirements satisfied, I was going through the lists point for point.
Adding a new list is to your interest too. And I don't want to waste my time too.
Please point out the points that I violated.

P.S.: If it's because of the lack of a logo: I don't have a logo because this list is not about a product.

Yes, you're right. This is my fault. But I can't change my commit message without using force or recreating the request (probably this is will be better).
