Address a nil pointer dereference during Google Photos uploads by checking for nil values before assignment. Enhance the test suite with new end-to-end tests specifically targeting the segfault issue reported in #613, ensuring better coverage and reliability for uploads from Google Photos. Refactor existing matcher functions for improved clarity and performance.
