Refactor controller to use interface instead of class for managers
When we prefer not to use GCP/BigTable (e.g., when there are few users), it's beneficial to have alternative storage mechanisms. This change refactors all managers in the project to use interfaces, making it easier to implement custom solutions.
I'm not sure if this repository accepts PRs, so please let me know if there are any issues.
