  • I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates

Bug description

  1. Updates: if the update servers are blocked or the update download fails user is not notified (Related: Closing update dialog force update instead of postponing it #2831).
  2. Attachment Downloads: Automatically downloading all previously received attachments increases Data Usage & App Load Times.
