I've got messages from the same person on my iPhone which are not showing up on the OSX client I just installed. The OSX client's messages stop on 28 August, but I have more messages than that from the contact.

Is this a duplicate of #444? That feature request asks for the ability to sync past conversations to Signal Desktop when you install it.
