Please set to a reasonable value, for example 2.99

Hi elpaso, is that causing a problem? If so could you provide a description of the issue being caused? Thanks

Believe me (I'm the developer of the plugins.qgis.org website) it's causing problems when filtering plugins by a particular QGIS API version: we have 800+ plugins and you're the only one that claims to support QGIS up to version 9 that doesn't even exsists.

I have made the change to metadata.txt but am unable to login to plugins.qgis.org. I tried resetting password at osgeo website but it won't accept my email address.
