- varint の書き込みに常に 4 byte 使う
- 検証のためとりあえずの実装をした. あとで fixup する
- fiel box の追加と利用
- vp0x box の属性変更
- 不要と判断
- btrt box の利用の追加
- mp4a box 内の esds box の調整
- free box を moov と mdat の間に配置可能に
