function: monitor the visa appoinment.

• it uses selenium and tensorflow to visit website and read verification code.
• in peak hours, eg. 6AM - 8 AM, frequent timeout is observed.
• once find available visa, it plays alarm audio and sends email message.
• it doesn't book appointment automatically.

usage:

• install dependencies.
• run visa.ipynb all cells.
