We have moved the source code for TFS Event Workflows from Codeplex to GitHub
The future on TFS Event Workflows depends from your demands: We want to start a discussion about what you think about the general concept, what could be done better, what do you really need, ... So please post your thoughts under issues!
Regarding the current Status (esp. supported TFS Versions) pls. look at the Issue - Currently at GitHub only the source code is available.
