Usage

            Fragments.with(this)
                     .addToBackStack()

                     .fragment(Fragment1.class/*new Fragment1()*/)
                     .into(R.id.test);

         
       Fragment f  =  Fragments.get(MainFragment.class)
                             .putString("title", "title")
                             .get();
