I thought this was useful information to add to the
README.mdsince the log category is a key piece of information in the Microsoft.Extensions.Logging framework, is not included by default in Serilog text sinks, and the correct name to include in the output template doesn't match the terminology used in M.E.L.This PR addresses #243
