Build

WINDOWS ONLY! To build MIDI Router executable you need CMake and MSYS2 MINGW64 installed(MINGW64 Compiler path msys64\ucrt64\bin added in System PATH) build.sh can be ran on UNIX (Linux, macOS) * Not tested, any issues or PRs are welcome for it
