This release is called 2.5.0 mostly because it should be the first one to include code typing, at least for all of the core.

We're keeping Python 2.7 support right now, but I would expect us to drop it by Scapy 2.6 or 2.7, once its usage has reached a low enough percentage and that we're really happy with a release.
