.empty file is installed, I guess it should not

if as I guess from the name, this should not be installed, then it would be nice to not have it installed, as it fails the packaging check process.

Yes, the same thing happens in Windows

C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN 4.8.8\plugins\statusbar_pi\data.empty

Perhaps it doesn't matter?
