@amnonh please provide motivation for such updates.
Why 20s? the PR and commit do not give any info.

20s was the original value, set to a similar value to the scrap interval, with older ScyllaDB and ScyllaDB Enterprise releases, it was too much for a Prometheus server to handle.
Now with the improvements on the ScyllaDB side we can set the default value back to 20s.
Relates to #1989
