rebuild seems not to handle git submodules #7

When app repository contains external git submodules rebuild seems not to init\update them.

Running image manually one can empty /app/<submodule-name> dir

Looks like it needs to have something more sofisiticated, like git_archive_all() instead of plain git archive

Deleted rebuild plugin until scottatron/dokku-rebuild#7 is resolved
